• Creative content: prompts, generated ad creatives, copy, and other content created through the Service
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
• Usage data: how you interact with the Service, features you use, and content you create

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate ad creatives and copy based on your inputs
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, service updates)

3. AI Processing

Your prompts and inputs are processed by AI models to generate ad creatives and copy. We do not use your specific creative content to train our AI models. Your brand data and generated content remain yours.

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers for content generation

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security enabled. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Generated creatives may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
